Polyolefin synthetic Label is a calendered product mainly made of polypropylene and polyethylene resin, filled with calcium carbonate and other additives. Its advantages include good mechanical properties, impact strength of 3-5 times that of other films, and good folding resistance. It is resistant to oil, fat, dilute acid and alkali, and most solvents. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance. It can be used for a long time within the temperature range of 120 ℃. It can withstand high temperature of 150 ℃ and low temperature of - 70 ℃ for a short time. High and low temperatures have little impact on its mechanical properties. The permeability of gas and water vapor is low, and it has excellent gas resistance, water, oil and odor performance. High transparency, UV blocking, good gloss. Disadvantages: Due to the large rigidity of the material, it is not suitable for pasting on the bottle body that often needs to be extruded.
